On stage, a kitchen and an actor who likes to cook and tell stories.
Throughout the preparation of the "Danilo-style meatballs," Totò Galati tells us about the early years Danilo Dolci spent in Trappeto and his recipe for community. From his arrival in this muddy little village lacking every service—even toilets!—up to the hunger strike of 1956.

A story about community and respect for nature. Danilo's example can lead us to reconsider our value system and demand change from ourselves and from institutions, at a time in history when respect for the environment and workers' rights must go hand in hand, so that no one is left behind.
