"My name is Danilo, I don't give lectures, I prefer to pose questions around which we can research together."
On stage is a kitchen and an actor who likes to cook and tell stories.
Throughout the preparation of the 'Danilo-style meatballs' Totò Galati tells us about Danilo Dolci's early years in Trappeto and his community recipe. From his arrival in this muddy village devoid of all services - even toilets! - until the hunger strike of 1956.
A story that speaks of community and respect for nature. An example, that of Danilo, which can lead us to review our scale of values and demand a change from ourselves and the institutions, at a time in history when respect for the environment and workers' rights must go hand in hand, so as not to leave anyone behind.
